3. Shipping, Delivery, and Title Transfer
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title to the Products and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the Products to the shipping carrier.

4. Product Information
Due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather and the artisanal nature of our craftsmanship, please note that grain, color, texture, and buckle finish may have slight variations from product images. These variations are not defects but evidence of the material’s authenticity and handmade quality. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully measure their waist size using our provided guide and to review the specific sizing instructions for each belt style. Exchanges due to incorrect size selection are subject to stock availability and must comply with our standard Return & Refund Procedure.

5. 14-Day Return Guarantee & Refund Procedure
We offer a 14-Day Return Guarantee from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

5.1 Eligibility:

  • The Product must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The belt must be in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition, withย allย original packaging, tags, buckle protectors, and accessories intact.
  • Any signs of wear, creasing, scratches on the buckle or leather, or removal of tags will render the return ineligible and the Product will be shipped back to you at your cost.
  • Customized Productsย (e.g., monogrammed belts, specific hole punches, bespoke lengths) and items markedย “Final Sale” or “Clearance”ย areย NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled by us.

5.2 Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@urbandressbelt.com within the 14-day window to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Return the Product, securely packaged with all original materials, to the address we provide.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.

5.3 Refund Processing:

  • All approved monetary refunds will be processed to theย original payment method.
  • Refunds will be initiated within aย minimum of 14 business daysย from our warehouse’s receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s).
  • For refunds processed viaย PayPal, funds will typically appear in your account withinย 14 days.ย Please Note:ย Due to regional financial regulations, PayPal refunds in some jurisdictions may legally require up toย 30 daysย to process.

6. Damage Inspection
You must inspect the Product immediately upon delivery. To report manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching flaws, buckle malfunctions) or shipping damage, you must email clear photographs and a description to support@urbandressbelt.com within 48 hours of delivery. Reports after this period may not qualify for a resolution.

7. Product Care and Use
Our Products are crafted from high-quality leather. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use, care, storage, or conditioning (including, but not limited to, exposure to excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, or chemicals). Please follow our provided care instructions.

8. User Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and security, and for all activities under it. You must provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information.

9. Acceptable Use
