For customers seeking expedited delivery, we offer upgraded shipping options at checkout, including 2-day and overnight services. Additionally, our luxury belts come with the option of a premium presentation box, which may require separate packaging and adjusted shipping fees. Please note that due to the small size and streamlined processing of our products, orders are packed rapidly for same-day or next-day dispatch. Consequently, order cancellations are only accepted within a strict 30-minute window from the time of purchase. For multiple belt orders, items are typically combined into a single shipment to reduce costs, though expedited or international orders may ship separately. Shipping costs for combined orders are not refunded on a pro-rata basis if only part of the order is returned.
2. Returns & Refunds Overview

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must meet all condition requirements outlined below. 4. Condition Requirements for All Returns
For a return to be accepted, the belt must be in resalable, brand-new condition:

- Original Buckle & Holes:ย The original buckle must be included and must be free of any scratches, modifications, or damage. No new holes may be punched; all original holes must be intact.
- Complete Packaging:ย The original box, any authenticity cards, dust bags, and protective coverings must be returned. For luxury belts, the absence of any original packaging will result in a deduction or refusal of the return.
5. Specific Policy Details
- Sizing & Fit Guarantee:ย We strongly recommend using our precise sizing guide (measuring from the buckleโs pin to the middle hole of the strap). If you choose the wrong size, we will facilitate a straightforward exchange for the correct size, subject to stock availability.
- Defective Items:ย In the rare event of a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty buckle mechanism, torn stitching, cracked leather upon unboxing), please contact us immediately with clear photo evidence. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund upon inspection.
- Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:

- Vintage, Distressed, or “As-Is” Belts:ย These unique items are sold with all wear patterns, patina, and characteristics described in the listing. All sales are final.
- International Returns:ย Customers are responsible for all return shipping duties, taxes, and accurately completed export paperwork. Please note that belts are frequently classified as “leather goods” by customs authorities.
- Warehouse or Fulfillment Errors:ย If we ship an incorrect item (wrong color, size, or buckle), contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for the error and expedite shipment of the correct item, often including a small courtesy discount for the inconvenience.
